With our latest update, you can now seamlessly sync notes between Jira tickets and Squadcast incidents. This bidirectional sync ensures that any comment added in one platform automatically appears in the other.

How It Works:
The Jira Notes Sync feature is available to all Squadcast users.
New Users: The feature activates automatically when you set up the Squadcast extension for Jira.
Existing Users: Simply update the Squadcast bot in Jira Cloud:some text
Go to Apps > Manage Apps.
Search for the Squadcast bot.
Click Update.
Additional Features:
Starred Notes: Mark important Jira notes in Squadcast for quick reference.
Edit/Delete in Jira: Modify or remove Squadcast notes directly within Jira.
